For a refund or replacement, please contact us at kristine@kristinesenftart.com. I am committed to the satisfaction of my collectors.  That’s why once you have received an original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether or not it works for you in your space.  If you decide to return the piece, it must be shipped back to me in its original condition and original packaging, insured for i'ts full value, shipping to be paid by the buyer.
